General
By making an order or booking with Appellation Wines, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Appellation Wines reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at its discretion.
By placing an order or booking on our website, you confirm you are aged over 18 years and allowed to purchase or consume alcohol and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
"Business days" refers to Monday - Friday, except public holidays.
Event & Glassware Rental Policy
By booking an event or glassware rental with us, you agree to the following:
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment and issuance of an event confirmation email.
Delivery must be received by a person at least 18 years of age. Valid identification may be requested upon delivery.
To reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least three (3) business days before the event/delivery date. Cancellations and reschedules are not permitted within three (3) business days.
We reserve the right to amend wines, glassware and menus without prior notice, where necessary.
Customers are advised to, and shall be deemed to have inspected all goods upon delivery. Any errors or damage should be reported to our driver immediately, or within 30 minutes of delivery.
In the unlikely event of cancellation by us, you will receive an offer to reschedule or full refund.
For events involving food items, please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at least three (3) business days prior to the event. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Guests are expected to enjoy wines responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated or disruptive individuals.
Photography and videography may take place during the event for promotional purposes. Please advise us at least three (3) business days prior to the event if you do not consent to photography and videography.
Upon glassware collection (where applicable), all glassware will be inspected for damage. Damaged glassware will be charged at the following rates:
Universal wine glass $10 per glass
Champagne glass $9 per glass
Bordeaux glass $16 per glass
Burgundy glass $19 per glass
Water glass $7 per glass
